ISIS Quality Management consists of QA(Quality Assurance) and QC(Quality Control). These 2 methods are utilized in turns for 2 ~ 3 steps. QA process is the method that detects and prevents errors from a large volume of projects by utilizing sampling methods in the beginning of the process.

QC process helps the quality of project raised by 100% review and proofreading and it allows consistency and accuracy to be maintained. ISIS was awarded with ISO 9002 certification in 1999 by building up quality assurance system with all these process and proved the capability of quality assurance and confidence for localization service.

Success of software and its online help localization project depends on quality level of the output and ISIS performs QA(Quality Assurance) process that inspects the quality of all outputs to give clients strong confidence of our quality service.

Basic flow of QA process
1) Notifying test information
2) PM creates the test information and update it to TVT(Translation Verification Test) Globalization DB
3) PM Planner requests the test
4) Test team leader selects a test
5) SE team leader notifies the tester, OM and related members with the selected test
6) Acquires the test information from SE/PM/Lab
7) Preparation and start of the test
8) Completion of test and Signoff
